Dear Members,
I try to find a complete listing of Albert Schweitzer organ recordings. It appear to me as one of the greatest treasure of musical testimony of recordings legacy, and a so important part of Schweitzer spiritual testament. I'm surprised to find no complete and exhaustive discography of these recordings. I also dream about recordings made during Albert Schweitzer concert rectitals, but never heard about.

many thanks for your rapid and interresting respons. I'll hope to visit Albert Schweitzer house. I have some of Schweitzer's Bach recordings. I know there is a new edition of the columbia last recordings by "andromeda" label. but it is a bad editing. Now, all Albert Schweitzer recordings are in "public domain" in europe, and every people can do "what he want" with this. I'll dream a serious and exhaustive "complete edition" returning to very good sources. As you know, Albert Schweitzer was so concerned about the sound of the organ used by him (!!) the respect of sound of the original recordings is very important to know his interpretations.
I still dream about a live recording from a concert recital, but I never heard about such a recording exist....
